Aniket Pramanik
Graduate Research Assistant
Biography
Aniket Pramanik is a graduate research assistant in the Computational Biomedical Imaging Group (CBIG) and a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Currently, Pramanik's research focuses on accelerating MRI by recovering images from heavily undersampled data and creating a deep learning framework for notoriously expensive and slow structured low-rank (SLR) methods.
His research could be applied in wide range of MRI applications, including highly accelerated imaging, calibration-free acquisition, MR artifact correction, and ungated dynamic MRI. Pramanik previously received a B.Tech. from National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam, India.
